Each class in hvpb gets some type of hand grenade. There are different types of grenades. To use a hand grenade: Have the grenade in your right hand. Then simply right click where you want to throw the grenade. TIP: Keep the range and speed of the grenade you are using in mind. You may have to lead your enemy depending on his speed, and the speed of your grenade.
A standard hand grenade Mass: 5 Cost: 8 Weight: 5 Range: 6 Speed: 6
A light weight hand grenade Mass:15 Cost: 15 Weight: 2 Range: 9 Speed: 6
An aerodynamic hand grenade Mass: 10 Cost: 16 Weight: 5 Range: 7 Speed: 3
An aerodynamic light weight hand grenade Mass: 20 Cost: 30 Weight: 2 Range: 10 Speed: 3
A targeted hand grenade Mass: 5 Cost: 6 Weight: 6 Range:
12
(The targeted hand grenade is a very fast nade that blows up exactly where you aimed. There isn't a 3x3 blast radius like the other nades.)
A 'big trouble' hand grenade Mass: 50 Cost: 200 Weight: 15 Range: 7 Speed: 10 Blast Area: 6x6
A 'last resort' hand grenade Mass: 100 Cost: 100 Weight: 30 Range: 3 Speed: 8 Blast Area: 7x7
Most classes in HVPB get some type of mine. Mines can be powerful weapons if used right. To use a mine: With the mine in your hand type /arm mine. This will arm the mine and place it where you are standing.
A small mine Mass: 5 Volume: 0 Cost: 4 Weight: 2 Blast area: 3x3
The small mine is the most commonly used mine in hvpb. Personally as a scout of infiltrator I love to plant these on teleport pads in regular games. These mines are red when placed on the ground. To better camouflage your mines, lay them on a spot that has been hit by fast paint. Fast paint leaves a red splat mark. Placing your mine on top of this mark will make it more difficult for enemies to detect. Rockets also leave a 3x3 red blast radius. This is a prime location for arming on of these mines.
A mine Mass: 10 Volume: 0 Cost: 7 Weight: 5 Blast Area: 6x6
A large mine Mass: 15 Volume: 0 Cost: 10 Weight: 10 Blast Area: 9x9
A camo mine Mass: 20 Volume: 20 Cost: 15 Weight: 5 Blast area: 6x6
The camo mines are exactly what they say they are. A camouflaged mine. They look like a small green paintball on the field. But when an enemy steps on them, they have a 6x6 blast radius.
A silver gem mine Mass: 15 Cost: 20 Weight: 10 Blast Area: 9x9
You will love splatting players with these mines in reg games. These mines look exactly like gems, but explode on contact. TIP: Do not use these in tournament games. Why? Gems are not released in tournaments.
A gold gem mine Mass: 15 Cost: 30 Weight: 10 Blast Area: 9x9
Engineers get two types of TripWires. TripWires function the same as mines. The only difference is the blast patterns.
A y-type tripwire Mass: 50 Cost: 20 Weight: 5 Blast Area: 3x9

Notice the different directions of explosion between Y and X type tripwires. Keep this in mind after arming them. You don't want to be in the explosion radius. Pics of the blast radius of each type of tripwire are posted below.
An x-type tripwire Mass: 50 Cost: 20 Weight: 5 Blast Area: 9x3
