Hooter's Tournament Log

Here you will find the rules and regulations for all of the tournaments that I run.  It is YOUR responsibility to read this document in its entirety.  Please note that there are a million rules in tournaments. This log outlines the major rules.  I reserve the right to make decisions when a situation arise that is not clearly defined by this log.

Behavior

Cursing, racial remarks, and homosexual remarks will result in an immediate shut the first time. The second time you will be temporarily banned. ( 3 tournaments)

If you shoot from holding your team will be disqualified and you will be banned from my tourns.   

Do not cap and quit. If you quit after the dice are rolled you will be banned.  If you want to cap against a certain player and they agree give me a tell.  If you cap and quit you will be warned.  Do it again and you will get a three tourn ban.

If you choose to be a captain in one of my tournaments and go IDLE during picking, then I may boot you from the tournament and someone else may captain in your steed.

If you are SHUT before I start a captains tournament, then you may NOT be a captain in that tournament until your shut is served. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

If you are on one of your chars, and you wish to play a tourn on another char.  Let everyone know, then immediately get on your other char.  This will avoid problems.  If you don't do it you will be warned once, then banned for 3 tourns. 

It is YOUR responsibility to notify me if someone on your team is idle or gone.  Tourn screens do not update all the time and admins do not always catch people who are away.  

DEEMING RULE

Players logging in after the 3rd PLAYER picked are deemed unless both captains say that he/she can play. 

HOWEVER you must ask for a player to be deemed right away.  If BOTH captains pass over someone logging in after third pick without deeming them, that player is eligible to play. You cannot deem a player if you have the opportunity to pick them.  In other words, you cannot deem a player on your pick.  

Sportsmanship Policy

In my tourns you will act sportsmanlike. Excessive whining, complaining, degragading, insulting, cursing, spamming, putting ppl down, blaming, or doing anythign else that is bad will result in a warning then a ban. The ban will be untill you show a lasting improvement in character.

Do not join my tournament if:

1. You don't have all the maps

2. You have to go soon

3. You are going reboot during the tourn.

V.I.P. Tournaments

After picking is complete, each captain selects a "Very Important Person" from their team. If the VIP dies at any point during game play then the game ends, no matter who is remaining in the game. The team who kills the opposing VIP wins the game.

Freegun Tournaments

The only equipment you can use is the Freegun that corresponds to your class. 

You cannot remove the freegun at anytime during the game.

You cannot shoot from holding at any time during the game. 

Violation of these rules will result in a DQ and a ban.
